I started baking and cooking with my mum as a little girl – either for us, as presents or entertaining family friends.  As an adult I have always enjoyed feeding a crowd and making celebration cakes for loved ones, so in 2010 I decided to start up my own cake business.         

Baketastic has grown enormously since those early days very largely due to recommendations and repeat orders.  Various local shops and cafes are supplied with freshly baked cakes on a weekly basis, as well as ad hoc orders for private customers.    

I bake a wide variety of traditional as well as more modern cake flavours, in any size you would like!  No fancy preservatives, everything is baked exactly as you would in your own kitchen with just straight forward ingredients and lots of care.  The majority of the cakes also freeze extremely well, in the unlikely event that you manage not to scoff the lot!
